EXTRA CREW UPGRADE POINTS: Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Select, Start, Select at the Crew Upgrade screen.  Each time you enter this code, you are given 5 additional upgrade points.

ALL SHIPS IN SKIRMISH AND MULTIPLAYER MODES: Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Select, Start, Y at the Main Menu.

ALL MISSIONS UNLOCKED: Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Select, Start, Start at the Main Menu.  You switch missions during any briefing screen by pressing the L and R buttons.
