* Winborgwar.exe is a Visual Basic 6 program; you will need the VB6 run-time files for it to work (msbvbm60.dll in your \windows\system directory). If you do not have this file, the error "A required .DLL file, MSVBM60.DLL, was not found." will occur. If so, download this file and run it.
