STAR TREK TNG: STRANDED >
Press Release Lieutenant LaForge and Commander Data have crash-landed on a Class M planet. All contact has been lost and atmospheric interference means the Enterprise has no clue as to the fate of the crew. The crew is missing presuming dead. Meanwhile... On the planet surface, the shuttlecraft is badly damaged and all its critical systems shut down. Lieutenant LaForge was seriously hurt, Ensign Ralfe critically injured and Data damaged but, fortunately, still functioning. Armed only with a Phaser, a Tricorder and an impaired positronic brain and android body, Data has to help his companions survive a hostile world while trying to find a way to return to the Enterprise... Commenting today, Denki's Managing Director, Colin Anderson said: "Denki has created a new Star Trek experience, giving the player the chance to play the role of Data, one of the favourite characters from Star Trek, in an exciting set-top-box episode of Star Trek - with more episodes on the way." Sky Gamestar's Games Development Manager, Andy Nuttall, added: "The Next Generation is a series enjoyed by Trekkies and casual viewers alike, and so our challenge was to make a game that appeals to all. Denki has done us proud. Star Trek: Stranded is a great adventure for everyone on the Sky Digibox." Star Trek: The Next Generation "STRANDED" is live exclusively on Sky Gamestar as of Thursday the 8th of September 2005. Just press the INTERACTIVE button on your Sky Remote Control...
